I believe online programming for running has gotten a little dull and too basic. So this program is created to include not only recommended miles but accessory work that complements the miles you are putting in.
This program is designed to encourage long term goal creation not necessarily focused on a race distance. However, the plans will coincide with someone training for a half or full marathon and beyond distance.
This program comes with a little running swag as well as guidance via email or phone.
